Ideal Blinds Vertical Blinds: A Pleasant Difference in Durability, Function, & Style
Nothing beats Vertical Blinds for low cost, versatility and all round
great light control. Yet, if you're tired of chains catching, breaking,
and falling off and plastic weights disintegrating before your eyes,
you'll be pleasantly surprised at the difference in Ideal Blinds.
Ideal Blinds uses the latest in technology to securely seal weights
inside the bottom pockets of your blinds. We warrant them against
failure (other than from normal wear and tear) for 5 years. Furthermore
the joins on Ideal Blinds are free of pin holes (which allow light
entry), stitch lines and flying leads you find on sewn together blinds.
All you'll see on an Ideal Blind (besides the good looks) is a slight
impression from the sealing process. Flock backed products and
translucent blind fabrics show little or no impression, creating a very
sleek finish.
Our fully hemmed-in weights help keep louvres from sagging and,
different from traditional open-sided blind pockets, Ideal Blinds
pockets are sealed with a wafer thin edge that keeps your blinds from
snagging and keeps louvres in their place. Your Ideal vertical blinds
open and close properly every time.
You may notice that, because they are chainless, Ideal vertical
blinds tend to dance in the breeze of your open window. The practical
solution is simply to draw the louvres back just past the open window,
unless, of course you enjoy the dance!
Vertical Blind Fabrics
With Idealblinds there is almost no limit to what fabric you can use
to match your interior colour scheme. This is because Idealblinds can
cut vertical strips (with a perfectly sealed edge) from almost any blind
fabric and many curtain fabrics (the main exception being light colour
sunscreen fabrics). Whilst a set up fee is charged for this service,
just think of the possibilities for your home.
Standard Vertical blind fabrics commonly come in block-outs, room
darkening fabrics. Low cost and a wide variety of colours makes Acrylic
coated polyesters, in either matt or semigloss, a popular choice.
Translucent blind fabrics provide a greater degree of light control and
allow for more subtle light ambience effects at about the same price as
vertical block-outs.
