 Can I receive samples before I purchase?
YES! Idealblinds offer large size samples that allows you to see what you will receive before you place the order! Standard fabric samples are 200 mm wide (127 for vertical fabric) by 250 mm drop but if you want double the drop size just order the same sample twice.
How Long will it take for the blind to be ready?
Usually an order can be processed within 5-10 working days. Large orders may take longer eg: 10-20 days. Please add delivery time to estimate when your blinds will arrive if they are being delivered. Once the goods are ready for dispatch, Idealblinds will notify you they are on the way or ready for pick-up.
How will the blinds be delivered and how long will it take?
Delivery is Australia-wide and would normally be through Fastway or TNT. However, there may be exceptions because of remoteness, in which case Idealblinds will advise you if delivery is not possible. Delivery times to capital cities is typically 1-3 days from dispatch. For remote areas it may take as long as 10 working days from dispatch. All deliveries are covered by Insurance
Is my payment secure?
Idealblinds uses the Commonwealth Bank of Australia On-line Merchant account system for ensuring customers payments are safe and secure.
What happens if I receive the goods and I want to return them?
As the goods you purchased are made-to-measure blinds you cannot return them if you have made a mistake in measurement or you do not like what you have selected. If they are damaged in transit the goods can be returned (at your cost) but must be accompanied by a photograph of the unopened goods when they arrived so that transit damage can be assessed. Once Idealblinds receives the retuned goods with photograph they will be replaced. If there is a warranty problem with a particular blind then please contact Idealblinds for a replacement.
What is the Warranty?
IdealbLinds offer a 2 year warranty on all components and fabrics against faulty workmanship or failure other than normal wear and tear. An Idealblinds representative may offer an extended warranty of up to 5 years (at no charge) if you choose to have the representative measure, quote and install the blinds. Some products have a longer warranty, such as Mikronwood Timber Venetian and Shutter bLinds (5 years or 10 years) – please contact Idealblinds.
