Some precautions need to be noted when installing new blinds:
1) DO NOT ALLOW INFANTS OR CHILDREN NEAR CHAINS AND CORDS as they present a choking hazard. Do not place cots or beds near where cords or chains may be within reach of young children or infants. Long cords and chains that may be within reach of young children must be secured with a tensioner – contact Idealblinds.
2) Ensure tracks are satisfactorily and securely mounted so there is not a risk they may fall down unexpectedly resulting in injury to a passerby. Idealblinds takes no responsibility for incorrectly mounted tracks and blinds. The heavier the blind the greater the risk. If in doubt have it installed by Idealblinds or a builder/tradesman.
